Display Tutorial Action

How it works
This action displays a tutorial screen saved in the ./assets/tutorial folder. Needs to be a png.
Settings
- Tutorial File: Set the file you want to be shown.
- Simple mode: Yes/No. If the mode is simple it only will show up in the top left corner and wont obstruct the view.
